• This module introduces you to the complete process of managing an application.

Here, we will search for and create a new applicant and we will make an appointment for them.
Then we will move to the reception role where we will check in the applicant when they arrive for the appointment and move them to the first step in the process.
Once this is done we will move the applicant from one step in the process to another. Finally, we will set an Outcome for the application and close the visit.

There are no quizzes, no tests and is does not matter how many mistakes you make in working through the steps. This is an opportunity to practice, and practice some more.

We are using the Croydon office as an example here, so things may look slightly different in your location.
